"I found Padre Janitorial Service through their positive reviews on Yelp and contacted them to quote a "rush" floor job in a salon The floors were in terrible condition with thick coats of an inferior product that required extensive stripping and waxing. After receiving a more than fair price quote from the owner, Brad (on a Sunday, even!), I scheduled the work for the following day. His team showed up on time and did a great job. At one point they stripped a whole section of the floor on their hands and knees just to be sure that the area was properly prepped for the new wax applications. I couldn't believe the results. I could have used the "before" and "after" pictures in a TV infomercial. I can see why previous Yelpers have rated Brad and his team at Padre Janitorial so highly.
